Dillon Precision does not automatically provide me with tracking numbers. If you must have a tracking number, I can get one for you - the day after your order shipped.

Safariland automatically emails me a tracking number when your order ships. Which I will automatically forward to you.

These products ship USPS. (So a tracking number is not available.)

Your card is charged when you place your order - whether you order through my Online Store or over the phone. Please note that Safariland products delay 2 - 3 weeks before drop-shipping from Safariland.

Anything you are not completely satisfied with can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Please call before returning a product.

If you return or cancel an order after you card was charged for any other reason other than you weren't satisfied with the products (you changed your mind and decided you no longer wanted the products, or your wife got mad when she saw the new Dillon reloading press on your workbench ;-) - I'll refund your card minus 10% for transaction and restocking fees.

A little known fact - Internet Merchant Services charge the same fees to refund a credit card as they do to charge it.

Online orders are absolutely safe, and handled by state of the art, secure SSL encryption. It's actually safer to order through my store than it is to use your credit card at a store or gas station. My Merchant Account is Authorize.net - the largest, most secure credit card authorization company on the internet.

Browser Lock / Bounceback Ordering
You will see the browser's "security lock" when you click "View Cart," or, any time you are on the "Checkout Page." You will not see the browser's security lock when you are in my actual store's product pages (because you are not entering your credit card info, there's no need for it).

When you click "Add to Cart," my Store's page passes only a SKU number to the Shopping Cart. The only time it is important to see the security lock is when you are entering your credit card information.

Nevertheless, if you watch your browser closely (where the security lock appears), you will see the lock flash on as my Store page passes the SKU to the Cart system, then disappear as you are "bounced back" to my Store's page.
