Be At Ease
There is something great about that.
“You can’t know it, but you can be it, at ease in your own life.”
-Lao Tzu
Being at ease in your own life begins and ends with being aware.
Perhaps the mind’s greatest gift is its ability to distinguish between what we think we are: a conditioned concept, and what we actually are: self-existing awareness.
In sustained silence the mind effortlessly returns to its inherently peaceful state.
You are what you are always aware of: The feeling that you are.

Be self-aware.
“Self-remembrance, awareness of ‘I am’, ripens man powerfully and speedily. Give up all ideas about yourself and simply be.”
-Nisargadatta Maharaj
