“Hold on to the seer…” Sit where you will not be disturbed; your eyes are open but not focused on anything. Shift attention to be aware of everything in your visual field, including your body, and maintain that wide open seeing. Now, as seeing itself, note your state of mind.

It’s peaceful to just be.
