Nothing Is…

“Never allow yourself to mistake outward appearances for reality. Avoid the error of thinking in terms of past, present and future.”
-Huang Po

Nothing is its name.

The fewer things you identify with, or claim as yours, the better.

Implied in a name is identity. Hidden within identity is a false sense of possession: You feel things and experiences are yours, or not yours. And with possession follows, inevitably, grief from loss.

Stop naming things and experience life as it is: perfect, without the need to understand or change anything.

Until you think, nothing is. No past, no future… Just presence, to experience, know, and enjoy.

What is, is love. Love is the appreciation of being. Again and again, come back to yourself, and rest in silent knowing-being.
