Simple

When aware—you know what is happening, mentally and physically—each moment takes care of itself.
Thinking is the enemy of doing.
When fully attentive, each movement is filled with certainty.
While preparing a meal, watch your mind. Notice every thought, and see what you learn.
If you approach everything you do as a chance to learn—from paying attention—living becomes more enjoyable.
Respond immediately. When you notice something that needs done, do it. In this way you remain quiet, happy and open.
The witnessing of troublesome thoughts is liberation from them.
