The next time something bothers you, realize that the problem is in your way of thinking

Now, and only now, can you free yourself from it, simply by letting go of the resistance thoughts that produce the disturbance. 

Resistance thoughts always include desire, the desire for something to not be how it is. You wish it wasn’t raining; you are not happy about the food that arrived; could the guy in front of me drive any slower?

Watch your mind for an endless supply of similar examples, and let them all go simply by becoming aware of them!

The wonderful thing about being aware: Disturbing states, such as desire, worry and anxiety, do not exist.

When you know you are aware, and therefore thought-free, what is your reality?
