You Are

Examine various experiences and find what never changes. It is the knowing of experience.
Whether you feel cold, tired, hungry, happy or sad, you are the knowing that is inherent in the experience.
Set aside some time each day to experience the reality of this: When you know you are not thinking, there are no problems.
There is direct relationship between happiness and awareness. The more you are aware, the happier you naturally are.
