You Are

“The One who remains after the imagination disappears, is the Self.”
-Siddharameshwar Maharaj
By adding names to pure experience, the mind imagines.
Which, on a practical level, is endlessly creative. A list of technical advancements in the last thirty years alone would be limitless.
On a personal level, however, imagining yourself to be something other than what you are: awareness, is universally destructive.
Everything that is painful, all fear, anxiety, and suffering, is painful because it is imagined—it doesn’t actually exist except in your mind’s activity.
When you stop imagining yourself to be what you are not, you spontaneously revert to your natural state.
Everything that torments humans—all problems, worry, anxiety, and fear—is effortlessly repaired by being aware.
When you stop thinking, you spontaneously revert to your natural condition: awareness itself.
The knowing of awareness is nothing but happiness.
