Nobody, in his apartment.

“The only evil is inattention.” -Wu Hsin

Inattention is the enemy of happiness.

All the mind’s tricks, all its problems and worries lurk in the shadows of inattention. The light of awareness, however, dispels them all.

“Everything good has awareness for its root.” -Bodhidharma

Because awareness is free of disturbance, the key to peaceful living lies in being aware.

When aware, you are free of any sort of difficulty.

When aware, the true purpose of thought is realized: thoughts only help.

When aware, everything works out perfectly and every thought assists.

Return to awareness, again and again, and clarity is your reward.

If you want to find real happiness—real, in that it is uncaused and always present—stop doing two things. Don’t think about what isn’t happening, and, don’t want anything, no matter how challenging, to not be how it is.

When you know you are aware, you are what you know.
