“Everything good has awareness for its root.” -Bodhidharma

Awareness is inherently free of all the mind’s diseases. When you are aware, there is no clinging, no possessiveness, no identity, no comparison, no resistance, and no desire.

When something is perfect, that means it cannot be improved. When you know you are aware, you are perfect.

A great thing about awareness… When you know you are aware it is literally not possible to worry about what isn’t happening.

But perhaps the greatest gift of awareness: When you know you are aware, every appearing thought will be relevant and helpful.

Rest in the wordless sense of presence.

The upside to being aware is limitless.
