You never know what’s going to happen.
So the best way to be is aware—always aware.
Because when aware, every response, whether mental or physical, is perfect.
When something is perfect, it cannot be improved.
When something cannot be improved, it is: as-it-is.
When you are without resistance to anything as-it-is, how are you?
